What to include

Detailed context accelerates triage. Please share:

  1. Splunk version & KV King version.
  2. Summary of the issue plus user impact (for example, “forms cannot save new entries in prod”).
  3. Relevant search IDs, error IDs, or sanitized log snippets with timestamps.

We will never ask for your raw customer data. When in doubt, scrub sensitive fields or send a password-protected archive.
