Detailed context accelerates triage. Please share:
- Splunk version & KV King version.
- Summary of the issue plus user impact (for example, “forms cannot save new entries in prod”).
- Relevant search IDs, error IDs, or sanitized log snippets with timestamps.
We will never ask for your raw customer data. When in doubt, scrub sensitive fields or send a password-protected archive.
