- Splunk version and KV King add-on version.
- A short summary of the issue and the impact (for example, form unable to submit, etc.).
- Any relevant search IDs, error IDs, or log snippets with timestamps.
We will never ask for your raw customer data. When in doubt, sanitize what you send or share a password-protected archive.
